Designed for New Construction
In a new construction home, whole-home automation infrastructure is a framing-stage decision. Lutron lighting control requires its own wiring. Keypad and shade rough-in positions are established at framing. The equipment room that houses your automation processor, amplifiers, and networking gear needs to be sized and located in the plan — not carved out of a finished closet.
We work with builders at the framing stage to rough in the complete automation infrastructure alongside theater, audio, security, and networking — in a single coordinated pass before drywall.
